Q: Does Red Light Therapy ACTUALLY provide all of these benefits?

A: Absolutely! RLT has over 1,000 clinical and peer-reviewed studies covering the benefits and results of utilizing RLT. RLT is used by athletes, celebrities, or anyone seeking better performance or anti-aging. Please check out this database to review or search for any specific study.

Q: Are all RLT providers and services the same?

Q: What’s the difference between full body RLT and smaller, targeted RLT?

Q: How long does it take to start noticing benefits from RLT?

A: It’s helpful to think of RLT like cellular exercise: just as you wouldn’t expect to see significant changes to your body after 1 or 2 gym sessions, RLT functions similarly. It takes consistent use over a period of time in order to see best results, with many people reporting noticeable improvements at around 8-12 weeks.

Q: How often should I use RLT to get the maximum amount of benefits?

A: RLT can be used on a daily basis in order to safely and effectively maximize the benefits. However, using RLT 2-3 times per week can still produce significant improvements and benefits.

Q: How should I prepare for my session?

A: Just show up and we take care of everything! All equipment is provided, and there are no special restrictions before your session.

Q: How long does the session take?

A: An average session will take between 10-30 minutes, depending on your use frequency and preferences. Note that the time mentioned includes turning halfway through the session to cover the other side of your body. For the first few sessions, you will want to work up to a 10 minute session by doing 2-3 shorter sessions of 2 minutes, 5 minutes, and 8 minutes.
